This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Oklahoma’s Finest Electric Heating and Air LLC, and affiliates, (“Oklahoma’s Finest” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, shares, secures, and eventually deletes, information collected from and about Visitors to our Website, and from our Customers. We respect Your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Information. We have endeavored to make this Policy clear and easy to navigate. Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers both our online and offline data collection activities, including information that we collect through our Website, as well as in person while interacting with our Customers and other forms of communication with You. Please note that this Policy does not apply to any affiliate or any related entity of Oklahoma’s Finest that maintains and publishes its own privacy policy, but does apply to all websites and services that refer to this Policy.

II. Definitions

“Customer” means a natural person that hires us to perform services for them.

“Website(s)” means this website and includes all of our branded and/or affiliated service expert websites for all of our independently operated services centers which may be linked to directly from this website.

We collect certain Personal Information from You in order to operate our Websites effectively, provide You with the best experience when You visit and use them, and provide You the services or information You have requested.

a. Information Provided by You

When You register for a membership online, or schedule a service appointment with us or otherwise contact us, we will collect certain Personal Information about You such as Your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, general geographic location (such as Your zip code or city and state). If You schedule an appointment online with us, we may need to collect additional information such as which service You need. If You purchase our products and services, we would also need to collect any information that You use to make a purchase, such as Your banking and/or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.).

We will also collect certain Personal Information about You when You sign up to receive a promotional discount from us or to receive our marketing communications about new product launches, exclusive offers and more. Additionally, if You fill out one of our surveys about our products or provide us with a review or feedback about our products, we may collect certain Personal Information from You along with that feedback.

If You are a job applicant applying for a job with us, we will collect Your name, email address and information related to your work history. We may also need to collect Your phone number and home address as well. In the event that You are offered the position, we will need to collect additional Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information from You in order to offer You the job and onboard You in the same.

I. Information collected automatically:

We may automatically collect information from You when You visit Our Website. II. Online Chat: If You engage our online chat feature we will collect Your name and email address, and possibly Your phone number. We may also need to collect other information such as Your home address and information about the service that You need or are seeking more information about.

Online Payments: If You make a payment online with us, we do not collect Your payment information directly, but instead utilize third-party payment processors, including, but not limited to the following: Fiserv Merchant Services (formerly, First Data), Wells Fargo E-Bill, and TSYS Payment Solutions, Synchrony (“Payment Processors”), to facilitate Your online payment. If You choose to store Your payment information to make automatic and regular payments, such information will be stored by the Payment Processor, not with us directly. IV. Online Credit Application: If You apply for a credit approval in connection with financing options for products and services offered by us, we will collect Your Personal Information, such as Your name, home address, phone number and email address, and also Your Sensitive Personal Information, such as Your social security number, Your date of birth, and Your income.

VI. Customer Reviews and Feedback

If You choose to share Your feedback or a review of our services, we will ask You to fill out a survey and ask for some of Your Personal Information.

Please note that we welcome and appreciate Your feedback and suggestions, but if You send the same to us, we reserve the right to use the same freely without any restrictions, any credit to You, or any compensation to You. We collect certain Personal Information from You in order to provide and collect payment for our services and to offer You additional services based on your interest.

When we provide our services, we may need to collect additional information from You such as Your payment information and possibly information about any additional heating, cooling, electric, or other service needs that You may have that we offer.

We do not collect observable personal information about You unless it is relevant to future service appointments (i.e., You have a pet that the service provider needs to be mindful of).

If You express interest in or ask for more information about our products and services, we may ask You for additional information such as a copy of Your current utility bill and Your contact information (i.e., phone number and email address).

b. Information Collected about You from Third Parties

Occasionally, we may obtain information about You from third-parties, such as a data aggregator or vendor to provide us with additional information about our existing Customers (this is known as “data appending”), which may include information from Your account profile or Your postings on a third-party social network, and/or information collected about You from other advertisements and direct marketing.

We may also receive information about Customers from other companies that we may acquire. We may also receive information about You from other sources online, such as push notifications You may receive on Your web browser or mobile phone.

We collect Your Personal Information for various reasons, which are described below:

a. To Service Our Websites

We use information collected to ensure that our Websites are working as intended and for analytics purposes, to understand how our Websites are operating and learn how they can be improved. We use this information as needed for auditing purposes as well.

Generally, we share Your Personal Information as necessary to provide the services that You request. The customer's opt-in and phone number information will not be shared with any third-party companies for marketing purposes.

b. Payment Processors: We need to share Your Personal Information and Your Sensitive Personal Information with our third-party payment processor in order to complete Your payments made both on-line (for individual service appointments and for our memberships and accounts) and if applicable, at Your service appointment or at one of our in-person events. We do not store any of Your financial information directly and any such storage or remembering of the same will be facilitated by our third-party payment processor.

c. For a Legal Reason: We may have to share Your Personal Information in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency, to establish or exercise our legal rights, to defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

d. For Corporate Reasons: We may also share Your Personal Information as part of a sale, merger, or change in control or ownership of Oklahoma’s Finest, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, or in preparation for any of these events. If such an event should happen, the new entity would have the right to continue to use Your information, but only in the manner that is set out in this Policy, unless You otherwise agree.

f. With Your Consent: To other third parties that You provide consent to share or have requested that we share Your information with.

IX. How do we Secure and Protect Your Personal Information

Service Experts maintains a comprehensive Information Security Program that employs commercially available physical and IT securitization tools, including but not limited to:

a. Commercially available and sufficient firewalls;

b. Segmented Data Storage;

c. Encryption;

d. Multi-factor authentication; and

e. Policies providing for least privileged access to data across our organization.

Unfortunately, however, there is no way to completely eliminate the risk of a data security incident. If we do suffer one that affects any of Your Personal Information, we will report the same to You per applicable data breach notification laws.
